At Rudratva, we are committed to delivering authentic and high-quality spiritual products.

Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Energized spiritual products
- Customized products
- Items purchased during sale

Refund Process:
- Refund will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay).
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Return Shipping:
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
